Rainwater Tank Rebates

Purchasing and installing an Aquaplate®steel rainwater tank is now
even more affordable and will assist in keeping your water bills down.

The new Living Victoria Water Rebate Program introduced by the
Victorian Government provides incentive to Victorians to being water
efficient around the home and garden.  Rebates are still available on
a range of water efficient products and appliances.

The rebate program has now been extended to all Victorian households (including domestic households that are self supplied and not connected to a reticulated water supply).

All rebates are based on the size of the tank and depend on how the tank is being installed ie: whether it is connected to a toilet and/or laundry.

The rebates available are as follows:

Living Victoria Water Rebate Program

TANK REBATE

• Rainwater tank connected to toilet OR laundry
• Tank size – 2,000 to 3,999 litres

REBATE:  $900

• Rainwater tank connected to toilet OR laundry
• Tank size – 4,000 litres or greater

REBATE:  $1,000

• Rainwater tank connected to toilet AND laundry
• Tank size – 4,000 litres or greater

TANK TO TOILET AND/OR LAUNDRY CONNECTION REBATE: $200

• Eligible where an existing tank of 2,000 litres or greater is connected to the toilet and/or laundry
